Eggo Ice Cream Sandwiches

Sadly, this is my last post as a Chief Waffle Officer for Eggo® Waffles.

And because this is my last post, I thought I would incorporate my 3 favorite things into one tasty little treat…..

Eggo Ice Cream Sandwiches with Nutella

Eggo Ice Cream Sandwiches with Nutella
Ingredients
  • 2 Eggo Homestyle Mini Waffle sheets, separated and toasted
  • Breyers Extra Creamy Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 2 teaspoons Nutella
Instructions
  1. Spread each waffle mini with 1/2 teaspoon Nutella.
  2. Add about a 2 tablespoon scoop of ice cream on-top of 1 Nutella covered Eggo mini waffle and top with another Nutella covered Eggo Mini Waffle.
  3. Eat immediately or place back in freezer until ready to eat.

    I love the creativity with the eggo waffles, I checked out your other posts and was really impressed with your eggo-transformations. These little ice-cream sandwiches are great.

    Where I could find Ego Waffle in Japan? Can we use other waffle? I prefer the same texture to make this Nutela sandwich ice cream.

    Leslie, your sandwiches look mouthwatering! Everything tastes fantastic with good ice cream and nutella. Great idea!
