You may think this might be an excessive amount of scoops, but au contraire.
I use them allll the time.
I use them for everything from measuring out hamburger meat, cupcake batter, muffin batter, cookie dough, meatballs, truffles..I could go on and on.
They serve as a mellon baller and I obviously use them for ice cream.
The possibilities are endless.
You see, when you use these scoops / ice cream scoops , everything is the same size, so you don’t have to worry about 1 cupcake have too much batter in the cup and the other having too little…they will all be the same.
They are pretty affordable too…I can’t find the 2 Tbsp or 2 1/2 tsp one anymore. I purchased those from Pampered Chef.
But they other sizes you can find on Amazon…um…who doesn’t love Amazon???!!

I need to get more of those! I only have one, and all I know is it’s a “cookie scoop” size. It’s also totally rusted and hard to squeeze =P
Love ice cream scoops. Due to my frugal nature I only had 1 for the longest time. But lately they’ve been taunting me at Publix so I ended up with a smaller one to use for cookies. I’ve always used them for muffin batter but you’ve mentioned uses I’ve never thought of. 😉

LOVE all my cookie scoops. They have to be the OXO brand though. All the others I try break. Love my little 1 T., didn’t know there was one even smaller.

Agree, agree, agree! I cannot do without my scoops.
Also, Amazon Prime is the best thing ever. If there is something I need I can order it and have it in two days with free ship[ping! Keeps me from making a trip to the store!
I also love to use the different size scoops to make different size melon balls when making a fruit salad. It looks kinda cool with all the different sizes 🙂
