Ghost Cookies

  • 2 Egg Whites
  • ¾ cup White Sugar
  • 1½ teaspoon Clear Vanilla Extract
  • ⅛ teaspoon Table Salt
  • 1 cup Mini Chocolate Chips (or 1 cup regular size chocolate chips)
  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a medium bowl, beat the egg whites with an electric mixer on high speed until frothy.
  4. Add the sugar a little bit at a time, beating the entire time until the mixture has become stiff, about 5 minutes.
  5. Beat in vanilla and salt.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips.
  7. Place the mixture into a gallon zip lock bag, cut the corner and pipe into your desired shape onto the prepared cookie sheet.
  8. If making ghosts, place mini chocolate chips on the piped cookie for the eyes and mouth.
  9. Place in the oven.
  11. And allow the cookie to sit in the oven for at least 4 hours.
  12. Remove and store at room temperature
