Do you bake a billion cookies for the holidays?
I bet you thought I did, huh?

Dancing around to old Nat King Cole Christmas music, with a cute little apron on, sipping on wine, with a little smidgen of flour dusting my nose, baking cookies.
Pfftt, not even close.
Truth be told, I am tooooo busy during the Holidays to bake a billion cookies.
Well, maybe it’s that all the Holiday cookies seem to more involved than I would like.
HostACookieParty.com has some AMAZING, easy Holiday (or year round) cookies that you can bake up in a snap and share with your friends, kids teachers, your boss…ok, maybe not your boss. That might be brown nosing.
These delicious little peanut butter cookies were just about the easiest cookies I have ever made.
You don’t even have to measure out the normal flour, baking soda..etc.
They are soft and chewy…just how I like em.
- 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 to 1 1/4 cups Jif Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1 large Egg
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 2 cups Biscuit Baking Mix
- Sugar for rolling
- BEAT sweetened condensed milk, peanut butter, egg and vanilla in large bowl until smooth. Add biscuit mix; mix well. Chill at least 1 hour.
- HEAT oven to 350°F.
- SHAPE dough into 1-inch balls. Roll in sugar. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets. Flatten with fork in criss-cross pattern.
- BAKE 6 to 8 minutes or until lightly browned (do not overbake). Cool.
